All deliverables will be supplied in digital formats (PDF or Excel files) as agreed upon in the project proposal. Timeline estimates are approximate and depend heavily on the completeness and clarity of the architectural drawings provided by the client.
3. Cost Estimates Disclaimer
Any material calculations, cost estimations, and labor forecasts provided by MakeBOQ are professional assessments based on prevailing market rates, historical data, and standard engineering formulas.
⚠️ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Material prices and labor costs fluctuate constantly. Local service variations, site conditions, soil type, and design complexity can impact the final project expenses. MakeBOQ estimates are tools for financial planning and structural bidding; they do not represent binding construction quotes or guaranteed project maximums. Clients and contractors must verify structural plans and local rates prior to physical execution.
4. User Responsibilities
To ensure accuracy in our calculations and reports, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.
- Specify preferred construction material grades, standards, and finishing parameters.
- Acknowledge that any errors or omissions in the designs provided to us will affect the final BOQ results.
5. Intellectual Property
Our website, including its original content, design, code, graphics, and brand identifiers (MakeBOQ, "Build with Confidence" slogan, logos), is the intellectual property of VEKAS CONSTRUCTION and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
The digital BOQ spreadsheets, PDF reports, and calculations generated specifically for your project become your property upon full settlement of our service invoices.
6. Non-Disclosure Policy (NDA)
We respect the proprietary nature of architectural layouts and bidding proposals. MakeBOQ maintains a strict confidentiality policy. We agree not to share, distribute, or publish your project drawings, floor plans, or personal details to competitors or unrelated third parties.
We are prepared to sign formal corporate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) at the request of corporate clients, developers, and architect agencies prior to commencing estimation.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MakeBOQ, its parent company VEKAS CONSTRUCTION, or its engineers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including construction delays, structural modifications, or financial variances during project execution.
Our liability in connection with any service delivered is strictly limited to the professional fee paid by you to MakeBOQ for that specific estimation assignment.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and your relationship with MakeBOQ shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
